MOBITOSS / BUSINESS SOFTWARE

360 Accounting.
A closer look.

An accounting workspace brings together two different tasks: checking what needs attention today and reviewing the records behind those numbers. This preview shows how 360 Accounting separates the dashboard from its reporting views.

Product preview. Screens show a demo account and illustrative figures, not customer results. Contact Mobitoss for current availability and a walkthrough.

01 / BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Separate performance from pending work.

The dashboard places revenue, expenses, pending invoices and net profit together. Below them, a revenue chart shows changes over time, while an “Action Required” area separates sales, purchases and expenses with missing payment references.

Overview cards

The example shows ₹82,600 total revenue, ₹8,500 total expenses and ₹74,100 net profit. Pending information appears separately: ₹23,600 beneath revenue and one pending invoice. The screen makes those outstanding items visible alongside the totals.

Trend and follow-up

The chart offers 7-day, 30-day and 3-month controls and a legend for revenue, expenses and purchases. The missing-reference cards serve a different purpose: identifying records to investigate instead of interpreting a trend from the chart.

02 / REPORTING WORKSPACE

Choose the view that answers your question.

The reports screen groups six reporting areas. Each card names its purpose, helping someone move from a broad business question to the relevant records.

03 / EXAMPLE REVIEW

From a headline number to a specific record.

  1. Start with the dashboard. Check the totals alongside pending invoices. A pending item and a completed payment answer different questions.
  2. Identify the follow-up. For an invoice question, use the sales reporting area. For a missing payment reference, investigate the affected record and reconciliation workflow.
  3. Use the appropriate report. Choose the ledger for account history or profit and loss for an income-and-expense view. Compare the reporting periods before interpreting figures across screens.

This is an example of navigating the displayed interface. A product walkthrough can confirm how your own records and reporting requirements map to these views.
