SERVICES

The thinking. The making.
The support to keep going.

We work with founders and businesses on focused problems or across the whole product journey, from the first conversation about an idea to the hundredth release. The same team that builds our own products builds yours.

Product discovery and experience design

Most product problems are decided before any code is written. We help you work out who the product is for, what problem it solves, and what the first release should contain, then turn that into user journeys, interactive prototypes and interface designs you can test with real users.

Typical work: discovery workshops, user journeys, MVP scoping, wireframes, clickable prototypes, UI design and design systems.

Useful when: you have an idea and want to test it before investing in development, or an existing product is hard to use.

Web and cloud engineering

We build web applications, business platforms and APIs on foundations that can grow: clear architecture, sensible use of cloud services, automated testing and deployment, and attention to performance and security from the start.

Typical work: SaaS products, internal business tools, dashboards and reporting, customer portals, APIs and integrations, cloud hosting and deployment.

Useful when: your users work at a desk, your product handles a lot of information, or you need a reliable back end for a mobile app.

Mobile applications

We build apps for the devices people use every day, using native and cross-platform approaches. For most business apps, a cross-platform framework gives you Android and iOS from one codebase, while keeping the performance and device features users expect: camera, offline use, notifications and payments.

Typical work: Android and iOS apps, cross-platform apps, apps for field teams and shop floors, companion apps for web platforms.

Useful when: your users are on the move, use your product daily, or need the phone's camera and offline storage.

Practical AI and automation

We put AI where it reliably saves time: reading documents such as invoices and bills, searching your own knowledge, drafting, and sorting and routing work. We define the use case with you, connect AI to your systems, design the human review step, and measure accuracy on your real data.

Typical work: document extraction, knowledge assistants, workflow automation, evaluation of AI output.

Useful when: your team spends hours on repetitive reading, typing or sorting.

Quality and ongoing support

A product is never finished on launch day. We test the paths that matter, monitor the product once it is live, fix problems, keep dependencies and app store requirements up to date, and keep improving it based on how people use it.

Typical work: test planning and automation, release management, monitoring, maintenance, and a steady roadmap of improvements.

Useful when: you have a product live and need a dependable team to look after it, or you are taking over a product from another team.

Games and interactive products

We design and build browser games and interactive experiences with approachable mechanics and personality, the same craft behind the free games in the Mobitoss arcade.

Typical work: casual browser games, interactive prototypes, playful marketing experiences.

How an engagement usually works

  1. Conversation. We learn about your idea, your users and your constraints. No cost, no commitment.
  2. Discovery. For new products, a short phase to agree the first release, the journeys and the approach.
  3. Build in short cycles. You see working software every week or two, and priorities can change as you learn.
  4. Launch. We help with release, app store submission, hosting and monitoring.
  5. Support and improve. We stay on to fix, maintain and extend the product, for as long as it is useful to you.

You own the code, the designs and the accounts from day one.

Built by people who run their own products

We build and operate our own software, including SquareBooks, an accounting and compliance platform with a web app for CA firms and a mobile app for their clients. That experience shapes how we work with you: we know what it takes to keep a product useful after launch.
